Rental Agreement
The guest making an online booking hereby accepts the general terms and conditions set forth herein. The booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon written or email confirmation issued by Enotria Travel.
Availability displayed on the website is updated regularly. Should the requested accommodation not be confirmed by the property owner, Enotria Travel will promptly contact the guest to propose a suitable alternative, which must, in turn, be expressly reconfirmed by the guest.
Only upon issuance of the final invoice shall the reservation be considered legally binding on the part of the Tour Operator.
In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable due to force majeure, Enotria Travel reserves the right to substitute the booked accommodation with an alternative property of equal or superior value.
Should such substitution not be possible, Enotria Travel reserves the right to terminate the contract and refund any amount already paid by the guest in full.
Payment
A deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount is due within 8 (eight) days of the invoice issue date, payable via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 (six) weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by the traveller, the penalties and conditions accepted at the time of booking shall apply in full.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is generally available between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
Arrivals and departures outside of these times are permitted only if expressly agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed by our local representative responsible for reception and guest assistance.
A late check-in fee applies as follows: €30 for arrivals before 10:00 p.m., and €60 for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Arrivals after 1:00 a.m. will not be accepted.
In the event of unforeseen delays, guests are required to promptly contact the reception office using the emergency number indicated on the voucher. Failure to notify may release Enotria Travel from any liability for the inability to deliver the property keys.
The number of occupants may not exceed that stated on the voucher. For safety reasons, occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests indicated. The property owner reserves the right to deny entry to additional persons. Upon arrival, all guests must be duly registered as required by Italian law and for the payment of the applicable tourist tax.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the security deposit indicated on the voucher. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any deductions for damages or unpaid charges. Should the guest fail to pay the security deposit, the property manager reserves the right to withhold the property keys.
Guests undertake to occupy the property in a respectful manner and to observe all rules of good neighbourliness.
Complaints
All properties are delivered to guests in a clean and orderly condition. Each property corresponds to the description provided on the website, which is regularly updated based on the latest information received from the owners.
Should the guest find the property unsatisfactory upon arrival, any issues must be reported immediately to the Enotria Travel representative. Guests who leave the property without notifying Enotria Travel forfeit any right to claim a refund or compensation.
Any formal claim or complaint must be submitted in writing to Enotria Travel within 10 (ten) days from the end of the rental period. Claims received after this deadline shall not be considered.
Disputes
For any legal dispute arising from or related to this agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Vibo Valentia, Italy.
Submission of a booking request and its subsequent confirmation implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these general rental conditions without reservation.
Please note that some properties do not accept pets. The possibility of bringing animals must always be agreed upon in advance and declared at the time of booking. Where applicable, an additional cleaning fee will be charged and specified in the booking confirmation and voucher.
For properties featuring a swimming pool, the opening and closing periods are generally indicated on the website and may vary depending on weather conditions.
